Shipping Your Package
The actual shipping cost participation is as indicated on the website www.travlrbackpacks.com on the day the buyer makes their purchase. The amount is also indicated during the purchase validation.
Packages are typically shipped within 2 to 3 business days after payment is received (unless otherwise stated on the website). They are shipped with a tracking number. Regardless of the chosen delivery method, we will send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. We recommend combining all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders, and shipping fees apply to each of them. We strongly advise the buyer to ensure that the provided address is accurate and complete.

Address Errors
It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of this address and to contact us very quickly to specify any changes. This can only be done if your order has not yet been processed.
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.).
In these cases, these packages may be returned to us, but not always.
If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer to refund your order minus the shipping costs or we will offer a reshipment, according to your choice.
You are not eligible for reshipment or refund of your order until your package has been received by the sender.

What Happens Next?
You will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order. This email will contain links that allow you to track the status of your order or a tracking number to monitor the status of your order.
What if I'm not available on the day of delivery?
Our packages are delivered by carriers who sometimes require a signature upon receipt. If this is the case and you are not available for delivery, a card will be delivered to your mailbox with information on the procedure to follow. Packages delivered by La Poste generally do not require a counter-signature.

Covid-19 Update
Please keep in mind that carriers may experience delays due to COVID-19. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, our customer service team will contact you by email.
Lost or Stolen Packages (if applicable)
Travlr Backpacks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages with confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon request, Travlr Backpacks will confirm delivery to the provided address, delivery date, tracking information, and carrier information for the customer to investigate further. Change of Delivery Address
For a change of delivery address request, we can modify the address at any time before the shipment of the order.
After placing your order, you have 6 hours to contact our customer service and request a free change or cancellation of your order. Additionally, there is no refund for cancellations after 6 hours from the order.
Not Available for Delivery:
Our delivery partners will attempt three times before an item is returned to our warehouse. Make sure to add your available phone number to the delivery address while placing an order, as this will expedite the delivery process.
