Terms of payment

When you place an order on our site, your card is debited in GBP immediately and not at the time of dispatch.

If you wish to cancel and obtain a refund, this can be done by contacting us at customercare@travlrbackpacks.com, you have 6 hours after ordering to do so.

A refund takes between 3 and 5 working days to return to your account. If you used Paypal, the refund is immediate.
